Cabin by Lovsjön about 15 km south of Jönköping. The cabin has its own lake yard, 3 bedrooms and a guest cabin with one bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom are completely renovated (2015 and 2016 respectively). The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The kitchen has both a standard stove with oven and a wood burning stove. There is a dishwasher. Fireplace is available both in the living room and out on the covered patio. The surroundings are quiet and there is no neighbor right next door, to the nearest neighbor it is about 200m, but you can see several other houses along the lake.
There is a wood-fired hot tub and a floating wooden raft with an electric motor that is perfect when you want to go out on the lake to swim or fish.
Sandy beach is on the other side of the lake, about 3 km. There are several hiking trails in the surroundings. For instance, you can walk around the lake, about 5 km. There are several more hiking trails nearby, including Tabergsåleden about 10 km away. In the summer you can pick blueberries, raspberries and lingonberries.
-The drinking water comes from our own deep-drilled well and has an elevated iron content but is fit to drink.
- In certain wind conditions, you can hear a swooshing sound from the highway.
- If you’re going to swim, it is recommended to go out on the lake with the raft, or to go to the beach on the other side of the lake. It is possible to swim right by the site, but be aware that it is not a sandy bottom right there.

At this cabin you can have a climate-smart vacation and travel close to the vacation home by public transportation. It is possible to take the bus from Jönköping travel center or from Värnamo station to the Hyltena bus stop . From there it is about a 1.5 km walk to the cabin on asphalt and gravel road.
