The house is from 1905, but is completely renovated. The garden is 3500 m2 with a large lawn. There is a large veranda in front of the house overlooking the stream Alsterån. There are 2 buildings behind the house with garden furniture and firewood. The house has a large kitchen with an electric stove and a wood burning stove. The living room also has a dining table and a desk. There is another living room with a sofa bed. In both living rooms there are tiled wood burning stoves. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. There are also German channels on the TV. WIFI is free. Upstairs is a large sleeping section with two single beds. There is a separate double bedroom. To the nearest neighbor it is 200m.
Tourists attractions
You can fish in Alsterån, on the other side of the road. If you need a fish map, you can buy it at Coop in Blomstermåla. Blomstermåla is 7 kilometers, Mönsterås is 15 kilometers and Kalmar and Öland are 50 kilometers from Blomster.
In the vicinity of the house there are several fantastic opportunities for walking. The forest is all around the house. Two kilometers from Blomster there is a small cozy lake with barbeque opportunity.
To Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's world 95 km.
The ski mountain Aboda Klint is 23 kilometers from the house. There are many ski trails in the area.
About fishing
Fantastic fishing in the Alsterån. It is on the other side of Hornsövägen, from the house you have a view of the river .. You fish for trout, pike and perch. Fishing license.

A clean and well-equipped house close to a nature reserve. The large sunny terrace and the beautiful garden with many cozy spots are among the highlights. With the two tiled stoves, you can quickly create a warm and cozy atmosphere in the house on cooler days.
However, I can't confirm the advertised “view of the Alsteran River” – it is nearby, but not visible. So the house title is a bit misleading.
There’s a bathing spot at the dammed part of the river about 4 km away.
The beds are, unfortunately, as is often the case in holiday homes, average (spring mattresses).
Otherwise, everything you need is there. Very few cars pass on the nearby road, so it’s hardly noticeable.
Communication with the host was easy and fast.

Cozy house with a nice orchard in a scenic and quiet environment. Five minutes drive to the nearest available water / swimming area. Helpful owners who were attentive during the week.
