Öland 2465 - Large villa 3 km from Färjestad on the island of Öland

Large spacious and well-planned villa of 180 sqm located in the countryside but still only 3 km to Färjestaden city, within easy bicycling distance.
To Kalmar it is only a 15-20 min by car.

The villa offers a large lovely patio with several seats in different places in the large garden. We also have an outdoor whirlpool to relax in. Fenced large garden.

The yard is 5500 sqm and gives the desire to play baseball / football or other activities after spending a day on the beach.

We have a bunch of chickens and a couple of roosters that are part of the rental which is of course taken care of by us, if you do not want to take care of them yourself. We have dogs living here, so it is not for those who are allergic.
