Öland 243 - Vacation home located both near the ocean and a lake

Nice cabin near the ocean on the island of Öland in Sweden. Only 200 meters to a small private lake with swimming area. It is 2 km to the ocean, with a small child-friendly sandy beach.

In front of the cabin you have a garden with garden furniture and a barbeque grill. The nature pictures are taken about 200 meters from the cabin by our private lake. If you want, you can rent: Bed linen. Final cleaning can be purchased, booked in connection with the cabin, paid to the homeowner via invoice.

There is a wilderness bath (wood-burning soaking tub) for several people, a floating sauna-barbeque cabin as well as pedal boats for rent. The cabin is located in the same area as objects 241, 242 and 244. Here is a small playground with playhouse, swing, sandpit, slide. Köpingsvik about 8 km.

Included in the price is free fishing of mirror carp, 2 times a week.
