The house was completely renovated in 2010 with all the facilities you could wish for in a comfortable holiday home. The house has two apartments of 90 m2 divided into 4 rooms of which 3 bedrooms. Only one apartment is rented out.

In the summer there are wonderful hiking and MTB trails and nice fishing lakes and streams. Nearby you can also paddle and play golf.
Snow-safe in the winter for downhill skiing, fantastic cross-country trails and nice snowmobile trails.

Proximity to Norway / Röros Myskoxcentrum in Tännäs 13 km to the central town Funäsdalen with all services such as shops, pharmacies, swimming areas, restaurants and liquor store.
