Lovely cabin in a small village in the province of Härjedalen. Härjedalen is Sweden's highest situated province with an outstanding nature both summer and winter. The house is only 50 meters from the forest which during the season is rich in berries and mushrooms.
Summer: Hiking, fishing, swimming, picking berries and mushrooms, cycling, quad biking.
Winter: Snowmobile trail (10 m), long-distance skiing from the house, large ski area in Lofsdalen (46 km), Vemdalen (52 km).
Road all the way to the house that can be rented throughout the year. To the nearest neighbor it is about 30 meters. The house is equipped with running hot and cold water, shower, WC and washing machine. In the kitchen there is a hob with oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, crockery, plates and other things that are usually in a kitchen. Open plan living / kitchen with comfortable furniture, TV with satellite dish also German channels and DVD. There is also a fireplace for cozy evenings (firewood is available for purchase).
There is a guest cabin of 12 m2 with 1 double bed included in the price.
Set with bed linen and towel can be rented. Final cleaning can be purchased. Around the house there is a lovely patio partly under a roof with garden furniture and a barbeque grill as well as a private yard of 4000 m2 partly protected with lovely areas for play and games. Toys for the children are in the house.
The swimming area is with a lovely view of the lake, a 30 m * 20 m large yard for children playing (sand), changing cabin and dry toilet are available. Also another swimming area about 2 km from the house. An older bike is included. Four bicycles (3 adults and 1 child (3 to 7 years)) also boat to rent, boat engine, quad bike and snowmobile can be rented.
