The house is very tastefully decorated and has a high coziness factor with modern equipment. It has an open floor plan with full ceiling height in the main house. A sleeping loft with a solid loft staircase where children can play or can be used as a bedroom.
The house is located in the heart of Dalarna in the small village of Vattnäs by the shores of Lake Orsa, just outside Mora. The yard is located along the old road that runs between Mora and Orsa. The surroundings are fabulously beautiful with open fields, nice view out over the lake with the mountains in the background. Marked trails and forest roads in the immediate area invite to walks, jogging or other adventures.
In the summer it is just a short walk to lovely swimming areas and in the winter a half hour drive to family-friendly skiing in Orsa Grönklitt. The inland train line passes 200m from the house, which is a charming feature when the small train passes once a day. You can enjoy a rich bird and animal life close to home.
