The three gray cabins are located only 20 m from the water at Dalkarlsaspen's outlet in Amungen. You have a lake view from the bed! The place, where the nice and tastefully decorated cabins are located, is also a natural hiking trail for wildlife such as moose, bear and lynx and more. You live in the middle of nature's silence and tranquility. You have the facility entirely to yourself. Cabin 1 is equipped with a kitchen: Electric lighting with solar panel. Gas stove with two burners, sink with gas heated running water, the water pump is powered by the solar panel, gas refrigerator. Cabins 2 and 3 are both 20 m2 and equipped with a bunk bed, extra bed, wood burning stove, table and chairs, wardrobe and cabinets. Oil lamp over the table, no electric lighting. Dry toilet in a separate building about 25 m from the cabins. Shower with gas-heated running water is in cabin 1. There is seawater for shower and sink. Drinking water is available in cans on arrival and guests then refill water themselves during their stay. On the yard there is a woodshed with firewood for use on cold days, a fish smoke and a small basement. You travel here along the forest road and then you walk about 250 m along the path and on the boardwalk, where it is a bog and wet area. The cabins are located about 10 km from the nearest village, Dalfors, where there is a shop and gas station. A small cabin can be found 500 meters away, it is rarely inhabited. Otherwise it is 10 km to the nearest neighbor.

You can fish for pike, perch and whitefish in the lake next to the cabin.
The lakes Amungen and Dalkarlsaspen have long been counted among Sweden's most fish-rich lakes. Amungen is about 30 km long and Dalkarlsaspen is about 3.5 km. The fishing is very good and it is mainly pike and perch, of which there are rich stocks. But there is also trout, whitefish and Burbot .
