This apartment is located on the 3rd floor just a few meters from the water and has a unique panoramic view of the entire strait, the guest harbor and the smuggen bridge from the balcony, kitchen and living room.
From the apartment you have a first hand view over everything that happens in Smögen's guest harbor and on Smögenbryggan, which are popular tourist destinations in summer.

The apartment of 67 sqm has 2 bedrooms. Open and bright living room / kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen. All rooms with parquet floors, hallway with tiles. Two balconies, of which one towards the strait / pier / guest harbor and one partly towards the strait and partly towards Hållö.
Fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, heated floors, heated towel rack and a washer / dryer. Wireless WIFI via fiber, streaming picture to TV via Chromecast, active speakers. Elevator in the building. In the building there is also a completely newly opened seafood restaurant. Parking space is included in the rent and is located in the parking garage about 50 m away.

Nice walkways on the rocks. Walking distance to Smögenbryggan. Several swimming spots are in the vicinity of the apartment. If you prefer a sandy beach, Vallevik is about 15 minutes walking distance.

Rental only to serious and orderly families / persons of 30+. Pets and smoking are NOT allowed. House Rules: The apartment is in very good condition and is expected to be returned in the same condition.
Final cleaning is not included, it can be purchased for SEK 750.
Bed linen and towels (not bath towels) can be rented for SEK 150/person.
A deposit of SEK 2,000 is left upon arrival.
Admission Sunday at 15:00 and departure the following Sunday at 12:00. Price includes up to 4 people.

Smögenbryggan 100 m. Hållö (ferry 10 min), Kungshamn (5 km road, alt about 10 min with Zitafärjan).
In the summer there are very nice storytelling trips with M / S Soten from Smögenbryggan. A trip takes about 3 hours and takes you to the beautiful coastal communities and Sotekanalen.
