Beautiful white turn-of-the-century house in the High Coast Area in the town of Köpmanholmen with Skuleskogen/forest next to the yard.

Upper floor: Kitchen with stove, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and kitchen table with about 6-7 seats, 1 bedroom with double bed 180 cm and 1 bedroom with 120 cm wide bed.

Living room with wood burning stove that works well for a warming fire / cozy feeling, armchairs and living room table.

Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine.

Downstairs: Older kitchen, nice room with wood burning stove (not used), table and chairs, small sink, refrigerator and a stove with 2 hot plates and an oven, as well as a microwave oven.

1 bedroom with a double bed 180 cm and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90 cm wide.

There is also 1 nice living room with a tiled stove (not used) and sofa / table / armchair.

Wi-fi: available on both floors.

The yard: Large lawn, berry bushes and some small fruit trees and an area to park 1-2 cars, trampoline, gazebo.

There is also a larger shed and a small white house with firewood in it.

Grocery store, kiosk, pizzeria and restaurant within walking distance.

In Bjästa village, 5.7 km, there is a grocery store open until 10 pm every day.

Bus: There are buses to Örnsköldsvik, via Bjästa.

Cleaning: There is cleaning equipment and you clean the house yourself according to instructions.

Walking distance to: "Kläppa" with cliffs, barbeque area. Ocean swimming with a changing room and a  barbeque area, utility museum / cafe, Kärleksudden with art and history. Five minutes walk to the pier that have a restaurant with ocean views and boats to the fantastic islands Ulvöarna / Trysunda.

The high coast hiking trail passes through right outside the house. Balestjärnen / Balesudden. Slåttdalsskrevan and Skuleskogen/forest with hiking trails and summer cabins, swimming lakes, views and overnight cabins.

Excursion destination: Skuleberget/mountain, 24 km. Paradisbadet in Örnsköldsvik with fun water attractions. Ulvöarna / Trysunda by boat. Mannaminne (museum / restaurant / event), Gårdsbutiken, with fine food / coffee in Nordingrå. Several fishing villages such as Bönhamn 61.9 km.
Köpmanholmens Bruksmuseum, Herrgårdsparken & Café Ringarbönninga 1,4 km.

Winter time: Slalom / snowboarding in Bjästabacken 5.7 km. Skulebacken 25 km.
