Ångermanland 2819 - Cottage on a cape in the High Coast with magical views

Welcome to the High Coast World Heritage Site, with fantastic nature all around the cottage.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Free charging of electric cars.

Large deck facing east, south and west. Walking distance to a mountain top with tens of miles of views of the archipelago. The area is peaceful and quiet but still only 20 km from a small town with all services needed.

The cottage is only 150 meters from the sea with a sandy beach, a jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Other beaches are very close by, some so hidden that you can have them all to yourself.

The main cottage is 85 m2 with a sleeping loft. There is a living room with a dining table and fireplace, as well as a kitchen. There's also a bathroom, a shower and a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a 180 cm bed.

The sleeping loft contains of a sofa, a desk and three 90 cm beds. A total of 5 beds is in the main cottage.

Right next to the main house is an Attefall house (a guesthouse) of 25m2, which can be rented for 150 SEK per night per person. Here you find a common room with a sofa bed (140 cm wide bed), TV for streaming, fridge and kettle. There is a small bedroom with a 160 cm double bed. Between mid-May and mid-September there is hot and cold water in the kitchen and washroom as well as an outdoor shower.

Minimum rental is 3 nights. After booking you will receive our personal and appreciated tourist guide with useful information and suggestions for activities.

Once you have made a reservation of the cottage, we will send you our own tourist guide packed with information. For example:

• Hiking: Nice tours directly from the cottage. In addition, the High Coast Trail and Skuleskogen/forest National Park are nearby. Europe's largest Via Ferrata area.

• Swimming: Within a 20 minute drive you'll find two nice ocean beaches, there is also a public adventure pool in Örnsköldsvik city.

• Archipelago: 40 minute travel to boats that traffic Ulvön Island and Trysunda Island, with fishing villages from the 1600s.

• Sports: In just 20 - 40 minutes you can reach two golf courses. Tennis, padel, miniature golf and go-carts are even closer.

• Canoeing: Included in the rent is our own kayak. We can also give you information on where you can rent SUP and more kayaks. We can also recommend and give information of a nice canoe trail.

• Restaurants and cafés: We can give you information on where the best restaurants and other eateries are located.

• Winter: Within a 45-minute drive there are two downhill ski slopes, as well as cross-country skiing trails. There´s beautiful ski tours on well-maintained trails on the snowy high mountains.

Two simple fishing rods are included in the rent.
