This unique summer house from the turn of the century with its own dock is available for rent, it has room for 15 people and a gazebo on stilts standing in the ocean right outside the main house, an opportunity not to be missed.
The house is perfectly located in Ulvö-harbor and consists of several buildings; main building, annex, a gazebo on stilts in the ocean and boat house with a wood-burning sauna. Here you can swim directly from the dock and enjoy the ocean, the archipelago and the surge of waves.
This beautiful summer house from 1905 has been carefully and thoroughly renovated, and consists of 7 bedrooms, a state-of-the-art large kitchen and a living room of about 70 sqm, with space for coziness in front of the fireplace that extends from floor to ceiling, relaxation on the couch, as well as dinner or games at a dining table where everyone can fit - all with the ocean and the archipelago as a backdrop.
The house has five bathrooms / toilets, kitchen with double dishwashers, several refrigerators and freezers, convection oven and everything you need in the form of kitchen equipment and plates, even for large parties.
Internet is available, as well as speakers and projectors for movie nights, but no TV.
Bed linen and towels are available for rent.
Out on the dock you can grill something good and enjoy the view and boating. Barbeque barrel grill, ball grill, beach grill and simpler outdoor kitchen are located out on the dock. In direct connection to the dock is a gazebo with room for 15 people, perfect for dinner and relaxation later in the evening.
On the other part of the dock you can unwind in lounge furniture with the same nice view of the rolling waves. In a separate boathouse on the dock there is also a wood-burning sauna. Enjoy a bright summer night in the sauna and a cooling dip directly in the ocean.
It is deep enough for sailboats just outside the dock, and plenty of space to keep your own or guests' boats. Outside the house in the water is also a large lovely floating dock.
The annex consists of a laundry room at your disposal. There are also two extra rooms with space for another four people for a fee (see guest cabin).

This spectacular accommodation is perfect for several families who want to spend a holiday or vacation together, a group of friends, the extended family, or the company who want to do something for their employees.
We are also open to renting out for weddings or other family events.
Boat connection to Ulvön runs from Köpmanholmen, Ullånger and Docksta.
We suggest that you park ashore and spend your vacation here without a car. The island is largely car-free.
On Ulvön there are hotels, bars, a couple of great restaurants, pizzeria, shop, liquor delivery, bicycle boat and kayak rental, mini golf, tennis and more.

Ulvön is part of the Swedish cultural heritage, dating from the 17th century. The island is the hub of the World Heritage High Coast with old beautiful boathouses, bays, cobblestone fields, primeval forest and unique nature and hiking trails. Dazzlingly beautiful nature, ocean, and archipelago in combination with Swedish right of public access.
In the area there are climbing and hiking trails at Skule-mountain, golf in Norrfällsviken, visit the old lighthouse Högbonden or take a boat taxi to the island Gnäggen with an incredibly large colony of seals.
Classic Swedish midsummer is celebrated in June and everyone is welcome to dance to Swedish midsummer songs around the maypole.
Ulvöregattan with about 100 starting sailboats is held in the summertime.
In Ulvö-harbor there are beautiful Ulvö hotel with pool, bar and a White guide restaurant. Along the pedestrian street you will find the excellent restaurant UlvöByn with fantastic food and exciting wines, but there is also a simpler pizzeria for the ones with a taste for that.
Authentic Swedish fermented herring is still produced on Ulvön and Ruben Madsen is in charge of the Fermented Herring Academy.
